1. Who is the seller?

The sales contract is concluded with pferdia.tv, owner: Thomas Vogel, pferdia tv, Hehrenwiese 8, D-27299 Langwedel-Völkersen. You can contact us by phone +49 (0)4232-93100 or email info@pferdia.de.


2. How to order – How to conclude the contract?

If you decide to buy an article from our assortment, you can reserve it any time by clicking on the button “shopping cart”. You can look at your shopping cart any time by clicking on the button “shopping cart”. It is also possible to remove items from the shopping cart by changing the quantity in the column “quantity” and by clicking on the button “update shopping cart”. If you want to buy the items in your shopping cart, please proceed to payment by clicking on the button “continue for payment”.

Following the selection of items, you can choose whether you would like to register and open a customer account for future orders or if you want to continue ordering as a guest. Provided you are already a registered customer, you can log in and continue your purchase. Required fields if ordering as a registered customer and if ordering as a guest are marked with a *.

After having entered your payment and dispatch information, you can choose the method of transport. Following the method of transport, you can decide on your preferred method of payment.

You can finally review all your data in the order summary. Click on the button “send order” to complete the order process. This process can be cancelled or changed any time by clicking on the button “back” or by closing the browser window. By clicking on the button “send order”, you agree to buy the goods listed on the order form. We are entitled to accept your order by sending the corresponding order confirmation by email or by delivering the item(s) within five days. The contract is concluded if we accept your order. The acknowledgement of receipt of your order does not yet represent a purchase acceptance.

The contract text is not stored by us. Order details and General Terms and Conditions will be forwarded to you by email or together with the goods. You can also check previous orders after having entered your registration data or check, store and print the General Terms and Conditions.

3. Freight charges and mode of dispatch within Germany

Mode of dispatch: post + DHL

Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days
Freight charges
up to 500 g = EUR 3
501 g  and more = EUR 4

Free shipping if order value exceeds EUR 150

Express: Order today until 2.00 pm and you will receive your consignment tomorrow morning. This service by DHL is available at Euro 22 per shipment.

If requested, we also deliver with registered airmail. The consignment will only be surrendered against the signature of the consignee or his representative. Additional fees Euro 2.05.

5. Questions regarding my delivery

Provided  part of your ordered items are out of stock, we are entitled to effect partial deliveries at our expenses unless this is reasonable for you.

Should the delivery of goods fail despite having tried three times, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. Already received payments will be refunded immediately.

Provided the ordered goods are not available through no fault of our own, but because our supplier failed to provide us with the required items, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we shall inform you immediately and propose a comparable product. Should no comparable product be available or should you refuse to accept a comparable product, already received payments will be refunded immediately.


6. Possible methods of payment

When choosing payment in advance as method of payment, you will receive our order confirmation together with all bank details, and we will ship the goods upon receipt of payment. The invoice amount has to be paid within five days to our bank account. When paying by PayPal or credit card, the invoice amount is charged to your account upon receipt of order. When choosing bank collection as method of payment, the invoice amount is charged to your account after having dispatched the order. Cash on delivery-payments become due upon receipt of order. When being allowed to pay on invoice, the time allowed for payment will be 14 days after having received the order. When paying C.O.D., the German post office raises a fee of Euro 2. The invoice amount does not include this amount. It has to be directly settled with the postman.



7. How to track my consignment

It is possible to track parcels online if they have been shipped by DHL.




8. Do I have the right of revocation?

Cancellation policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within two weeks without giving reasons (for example by letter, telefax or email) or – if you have already received the goods before expiry of the deadline, by returning the goods. The deadline shall start after having provided you with this information in written form, but not before the consignee has received the goods and not before we have fulfilled our duty to inform acc. to § 246, section 2 in combination with § 1, section 1 and 2  EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code). Timely revocation dispatch suffices to meet the cancellation time limit.

Cancellation consequences

In the event of a valid revocation, any services or products received, and any profit derived therefrom, if any (such as interest), shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the services or products received in their entirety or at all, or if you can only return them in a deteriorated state, you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfil the contractual payment obligations existing for the period until cancellation.
This does not apply if the deterioration is caused by intended use. Goods that can be shipped as parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to pay for the return of goods if the delivered goods match the ordered ones and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed Euro 40 or if – at the time of cancellation – you have not yet completely fulfilled your money obligation or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return shipment shall be free of charge for you. Obligations to refund payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline commences for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or with the return of the goods, for us upon receipt of your declaration or your return delivery.

Special information

Your right of revocation will expire ahead of time if you expressively state that the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties before you have exercised your right of cancellation.



9. Anything else you should know!

Gift service: You would like to give somebody delight? We will be happy to gift-wrap your chosen items and add your personal greetings. This service is available at a surcharge of Euro 1 per consignment.

Prices: All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Prices valid at time of order will be invoiced. No discounts can be granted.  Books are bound to fixed prices and will be sold at the officially valid sales price.
Return debit notes: High bank fees result out of bank collections that are not accepted by your bank (discrepancy, insufficient cover, wrong account no. etc.). In case of payment by means of a debit entry, you will be charged with all costs resulting out of a negative booking operation due to insufficient cover or to wrong data submitted by you.  
In this case, we have to charge an additional fee of Euro 6.00.

Important note: All DVD videos produced by pferdia tv, Thomas Vogel, are protected by copyright law. Only pferdia tv, Thomas Vogel, shall be entitled to duplicate and distribute the titles. DVD videos are copy-protected. Violation of copyright law will result in legal action!  

Resale: Own productions of pferdia tv, Thomas Vogel, will be sold to resellers at customary discounts.
